This is a Sensational, Large Antique locket which the pictures do no justice. It is Larger than most this style .The front features the most exquisite design
– a clear and sparkling rhinestone or paste stone within a star or gypsy
setting upon a smooth and shiny round plaque. It is framed by a ring of
diamond-cut flowers and foliage in turn framed by a ring of vertical bands of
pinstripes and finally and double rim at the very edge.
The back is plain & smooth with a
matt-like shininess as opposed to the mirror-like sheen to the front.
Inside are the original frames and clear
covers ready to secure pictures or mementos of loved ones. The hinge &
clasp are in perfect good order with a fingernail slot to assist in opening.
It has the silky smooth feel usually only associated with solid
carat gold and expected of quality antique/vintage jewellery. It has a soft Antique rose gold hue, not the
bright copper of today’s rose gold.
