This Stunning Antique bangle bracelet Exudes the High Quality
its maker, Bates & Bacon, is renowned for. The finish is pristine &
glossy with that Highly Sought After warm
Rose Gold hue!
The decoration combines repousse and chasing with Fabulous
affect! At the centre is a stylized flower flanked by weaving foliage. It is hand
tooled & features rich patterning to the background and stippling within
the depths of the flower. To think this
has all been hand-crafted by embossing and “chasing”, a term use to describe
how the metal is stamped creating a the design without removing the surface, is
Amazing.
The back is plain & smooth. The hinge is in excellent,
working order & the clasp opens with the push button tab and snaps closes
securely.
It has the silky smooth feel usually only associated with solid
carat gold and expected of quality antique jewellery. It has a warm rose/pink hue and is so much nicer
than the pictures suggest.

items and this is gold filled.

OVERALL
This is a Gorgeous bangle from a high regarded maker. It presents
beautifully with no wear, dents or damage. There has been a repair to the clasp
but it is a professional modification and very secure. What a great addition to
any Antique or Vintage jewellery collection. The photos do not do justice to
