Buy with Confidence from Antique Gold and Jewels In the unlikely event your purchase is grossly misrepresented, you may return the item for a full refund inclusive of all postage and insurance costs. If you decide the item is not right for you, returns are available within 3 business days of receipt. Please advise that you will be returning the item and provide the Registered Post tracking number. You will receive a refund less all postage & insurance costs. In accordance with the Department of Fair Trading's guidelines and due to the nature of Antique & Vintage jewellery being used, there is no warranty available in the event of breakage due to wear and tear through misuse. However you have our assurance all pieces are thoroughly checked prior to being available for sale. In the event breakage occurs within 7 days or receipt, a return is possible and after inspection if it has been deemed the damage is not from misuse or mistreatment, a full refund will be issued. Please remember in most cases these are very old pieces of jewellery and should be treated with due care so they provide many years of enjoyment. |
